Since nobody has responded I will tell you the quotes I received here in Oregon a few months ago.
The prices below are for 4WD tractors with HST, 723 loader with QA device, loaded R4s, Top-N-Tilt kit, Step kit, rear work light, three additional SCVs and electric diverter valve, spark arrestor, setup and delivery (50 miles away)
L3130 equipped as above - $22329
L3430 equipped as above - $23778
This dealer has a reputation for low prices and they would go no lower, but I don't KNOW if these are really good prices or not.

Ken, those are close to list price numbers with out looking to far as the retail on a L-3130 is around 16000. I think beween the electric diverter valve or the spark arrestor he must have felt pinched. ....

I should also mention that the prices I posted were extracted from a package deal that included a rotary cutter, box scraper, grapple, and Bearcat chipper/shredder so I don't know how he allocated his profit within the package price breakdown. In any case the price wasn't good enough to make a sale. ....
